I use a print on demand service that uses a Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process. There are a few reasons I use this service. First, it allows me to not have to store boxes of shirts/inventory in my garage (my wife appreciate this as well!). Second, it allows me the freedom to be as creative as I like to add as many designs as I choose to my online shop. Plus I won’t run out of a t-shirt you want to order! I’ve been using this service since I started in 2019 and have been very happy with it and the quality of the DTG printing on my tees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
This answer varies. Usually about a week. However, if a size you ordered needs to be restocked it can sometimes take longer. The Covid shutdowns changed this drastically, but since Aug 2020 they have been up and running at normal speeds. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
WHY DID MY ORDER SHIP FROM NORTH CAROLINA, I THOUGHT YOU WERE LOCAL?
I am local! I’ve lived in Kansas City since 1984! I’m a high school teacher on the Kansas side. The fulfillment service I use prints and ships out of North Carolina.
EXCHANGES AND DEFECTS
If you want to exchange for a different size, you need to ship your shirt to 14029 W. 113th Terrace, Lenexa KS 66215. I will order and ship the new size to you. Email email@example.com before you ship.
If you receive a shirt that has a defect, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Take a picture of the shirt and a close up of the defect to me and I will get a new shirt sent to you.
